Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes available in the Hamptons on Long Island this Summer

Lawrence will be teaching group fitness classes and will be available for private training sessions for the weekends starting from Memorial day (Monday May 26th) weekend through Labor day (Monday September 1st) Weekend.

Train at you home, summer share home, at the beach, at a nearby park or at your own gym. If you don't have exercise equipment it will be provided.

What I’m talking about is placing fat loss as your primary goal and being okay with either maintaining muscle or building it slowly.
